Annual dues include OGCC Capital Fee. CurlOn Association fees ($20) will be charged separately. Remaining fees will be billed via statement sent by email in September 2024. All fees are subject to HST. **Early Bird discount of $50 will be applied for registrations submitted before July 15, 2024. $100 deposit required at time of registration to secure the Early Bird discount.

You acknowledge that OGCC will be following Federal, Provincial and Regional guidelines as well as recommendations from Curl ON when setting protocols for participating in curling. This will dictate our actions should any closures or cancellations be required. Please note, members are responsible for the full annual dues after October 1st regardless of any cancellations or closures. The club is committing to our members the funds necessary to put the ice in and run curling for this season; in return we ask for the commitment from members to cover the costs to do so.

You agree, if approved for membership, to pay all fees, dues, accounts and any other indebtedness which may be incurred by yourself within the time prescribed. If your account is to fall into arrears the club has your authorization to process the outstanding amount to the credit card information on record. You agree to accept and abide and be governed by the present bylaws, resolutions, rules and regulations of The Oshawa Golf and Curling Club and those that may be enacted by its Directors and/or Senior Management from time to time. Curling members are not liable for assessments or house minimums.

You acknowledge that Oshawa Golf & Curling Club strongly recommends the use of a helmet while curling for all ages, and that it is mandatory for persons under the age of 12.

You exonerate the Club from any liability for loss or damage to any personal property kept or left by you on the Club property, or any personal injury sustained by you on or about the Club property, or whether such loss, damage or injury occurs by reason of any act or omission of any servant, agent member or guest of the Club or otherwise.

You agree, photographs taken of yourself, your guests, or your family at the Oshawa Golf & Curling Club may be used for marketing purposes and on the Club’s social media.
